You get 60 lights on a run of 36ft, the lights are waterproof and have been made for outside use. The lights are solar powered and do not need any mains electricity or wiring. Just make sure the solar panel is in a place where it will store enough light. Set up is simple and the controls are easy. One button turns the lights on and off and the other button cycles through the various light modes. There is a good selection of modes and each one looks really good. They look great wrapped around trellises or run along fencing. They add a nice bit of pernach to the garden and look just great. Really happy with them. Opened the box , all well , turned them on, all good. When I would put them in place on my garden fence I Used the two screws supplied from the box. This was when my problems started, despite hand screwing the screws in the bracket meant to hold the solar panel mounting snapped in half I did however manage to fix it to the fence using one screw and some adhesive. When I had finished putting them on the fence I tried to test them again only to find that did not work the reason for this I found to be that the protective coating which covers the wire which supplies the power to the bulbs was actually broken in several places it has a consistency not unlike tissue paper , Very very thin. Have tried several times now to repair the damaged wiring hoping I could perhaps to get them to work but to no avail ,do not see any point in sending them back I will only receive the same ones this product is absolutely not fit for purpose! Seller had agreed to a replacement or refund , agreed to a different item . Good customer service Look expensive, but really affordable We bought these for a small seating area in our garden, We did not want to be buying more electric lights so solar lighting was a must we also wanted something not to dazzling we purchased the warm white lights as these ticked all the boxes. They are easy to install and are very bright. The lights are a decent size and come on a cable. There is an on/off button as well as a button which cycles through different settings. They come with a solar panel which needs to be put in sunlight. A great set of lights and would definitely recommend and purchase again. Lovely little lights, plenty of them and lots of different modes :) originally bought one set, then after seeing them in action bought a further 2! :) my only criticism is that 2 of the lights have come without the bulb part on, they are only hot glued on so image they fell off in the work shop. Trying to contact seller as have heard good reviews on his responses, just yet to find a way to contact haha Edit They now get 5 stars from me :) seller was really quick to reply and sent out a new set of lights which I received within 2 days!
