While all the engines and RCS on the Lunar, Service, and Command modules all used the same propellants, there was no provision for in space refueling. I'm not going to say it would be absolutely impossible if there was no other option and you had the engineers who built the thing sitting in mission control, but these propellants are quite corrosive, toxic, and explody. In my story, "For All Mankind" (best novelette of 2017, Analog Science Fiction & Fact) I actually explored this.
I had a crew on an extended Apollo mission move propellants using a suit hose, flushing the hose out with water to keep the oxidizer and fuel from self-igniting, then having the spacewalking astronaut cook off any errant traces from her suit in the sunlight. In theory, that's all sound, at least enough for a make-believe story with a ship made to accept suit hose connectors, with the availability of ion thrusters to provide low gravity to drive the transfers. Apollo could presumably have used their normal pressurization system to force a transfer (unless that's what was broken).
Getting even a few drops on human skin, paper, plastic, cotton, hair, or any other commonly combustible surface could start a fire or cause horrendous burns.
